Did not have a great experience trying to connect with a counselor. My appointment was rescheduled about 4 times, and when I finally got an opportunity to connect virtually, it lasted 3 seconds, then she ended the call. I attempted to re-enter the chat with no success. I never received an email or a callback to clarify, rectify or any kind of follow up whatsoever.
