Three stars because it’s close to the hotel & convenient, but as a car park it’s awful.
The hotel offers a valet parking service or the option to self park for a lower price (currently $42 p/n vs $64). USE THE VALET PARKING!!! The extra $22 isn’t worth the amount of stress involved in trying to park in the tiny, cramped spaces, liberally dotted with supporting pillars! Especially when it’s a hire car you’re not familiar with. I can’t believe we didn’t take a photo of it, it was horrendous 😂 But we can look back on it & laugh now!
There aren’t many spaces, and the instructions via intercom were unclear - “Park on level 2”. Well, there are levels B1, B2 & B3, turns out level 2 was B3, as once we got down there, there was a sign stating Novotel only. We then had no idea how to get out, ended up exiting via a fire exit, which was quite circuitous. Some clearer instructions on how to use the parking service would be greatly appreciated.
Also, the only pedestrian access is via the vehicle ramp, which is quite steep - if you have poor mobility you won’t manage it.
