I normally applied internet online directly and it always went fine. This time I decided to do it at the O2 shop hopefully that it would be easier and quicker but it was a total mess...Staff is friendly but that's all
- put my info wrong: found it at home and went there again and he said he can change it easily and quickly, but never happened
- I asked for a contract that can be cancelled monthly. He told me there is no monthly-cancelled contract, but I found it online afterwards
- asked us to choose the appointment date, but got confirmation letter of a later date that was impossible for us to be at home.
- told us that the technician will call and we can change the appointment with him; it never happened
- told us that we will get a mail 4 days before the appointment and we can change the date then; was wrong
Lesson learned: just get internet online yourself; Google is a much better helper than the well-trained staffs at the shop
