I have never seen this level of customer service - it was truly atrocious.
I was served at 17:50 8/9/24.
- There was no greeting or any friendliness whatsoever.
- The only words that were uttered were "would you like a bag' in which my response fell on deaf ears as I was asked this question again.
- After the transaction was approved, the person then turned their back without saying a word.
I didn't think customer service like this was possible...
Since we now have a couple of Woolworths in the area, I will be avoiding Coles Mernda altogether in favour of Woolies.
