What a rude woman you have working for you. I just walked into the store, there was a family there with a screaming child they were trying to calm down. They had left a toy on-top of clothes in the moment. She saw the toy asked loudly “whose is this” then proceeded to ask them directly “is this yours”? The man replied yes it’s ours - rudely and abruptly tells them “you can’t leave it on the clothes”! Was she blind and couldn’t see they are trying to calm their kid down who was hysterical. Zero empathy by this woman and the situation at hand. Remember WHO is paying for your wages! It’s the customer!
