I absolutely LOVE going! The team are SO friendly and helpful! It was my first time in the Chelsea studio and they showed me the ropes before the class and after that it was easy to follow.
Each session is different so it always tough, good spacing, you every EVERYTHING you need in your pod but the instructors are on hand if you want something else.
Studio is clean! Equipment is great! The classes are tough!
Big emphasis on the team! They make it even better! Great atmosphere and really fun...even at 6am!
