It’s a pleasure to write about this place! .They have knowledge more than any studio I have been in the world. I use to travel a lot and never found a place that I can recommend as this one. I came with a back pain that had disappeared after my second session. They are not only Pilates teachers but they also physically therapists as well. If you are in London you should book a session. It’s very private , best machines with highly informative sessions with Patricia & Suellen. Totally recommend! Best Pilates in London!
