A friend recommended Phil Abrahams to me. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me get strong and fit for a return to skiing after a few years’ break. Cr8Fitness gym is a friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental place to train. Phil is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, very patient and good fun to train with. An injury after one ski trip was sorted with Joe O’Connor, from Forge Physiotherapy, based at the gym who worked with Phil on my rehab. 4 years later I have moved to the mountains but I still train with Phil online 3 times a week. Best recommendation ever.
