I've been shopping here since it opened (used to be the old Cambridge Gasworks) and slowly, but surely, it has gotten worse and worse. The potholes and damaged razor sharp drains in the car park to automatic doors that open slowly to trolleys with screaming alarms that lock wheels when they are pushed into the store and to top it off, self scanning checkouts that 2/3rds are out of action and the hand held scanners, if they work at all they're really slow - very frustrating if scanning several of the same item. The app that is annoying and complicated to use for the Tesco Wallet. Watch out for the scanners, I've found ghost items on a few occasions, that means I've paid for things I've never scanned...
