I haven't visited Pacific mall for over 4 years now and since I was in the area, I saw QQ noodles was still there. As usual, there was a bustle of people hunting for a place to sit. They are normally known for their fresh hand pulled noodles but I think they are all premade now.
I ordered the chicken noodles coated with a spicy peanut sauce, and beef tendon noodles in a broth. As a side I got the pork pot sticker with a vinegar dipping sauce.
The chicken was good apart from a few grizzled bits and the beef tendon was a little hard but managable. The pot stickers were delicious and the noodles was chewy. Overall, a good meal to fill the hunger gap.

I ordered the poke bowl with miso tuna. The food looked heavy but it had lots of RAW vegetables and beans with rice. It only had maybe 7 pieces of small tuna. The miso mayo sauce was the only tasty part. So overall disappointing including the price.
As they were setting up for the Jazz Festival, the place was busy getting prep up. We ordered 4 of their signature chai teas which was specially prepared by crushing ginger and other spices. As well as the teas, we got two Portuguese custard tarts. I also decided to try a vegan cookie consisting of banana and some flak seeds and it tasted like a granola cookie. This is a great shop owned by a friendly couple. They also do sandwiches and cup cakes too.
This is the first time trying a new ice cream parlour since it was a hot day, and they have the most smoothest ice cream which are all hand made.
I ordered the earl grey and also the blueberry cheesecake flavours for starters and also a sour cherry and lemonade thereafter.
The blueberry cheesecake was my favourite with tiny bits of cone and small frozen blueberries. My second was the earl grey one. I wasn't fond of the sour cherry as it was exceptionally sour and it made me cringe. I wish they had the availability of the pistachio as it was recommended by a friend. Overall great prices combined with the smoothest ice cream I have experienced makes it a chilling winner.

This shop is tucked away in the corner and have tried this place a few times. I would say that although it looks cheap, the assortment of buns are really packed with meat ranging from pork with celery, pork with pickled nappa cabbage and my favourite was pork and shrimp. I have tried their beef with onions which oozes with sweetness coming from the onions. I haven't tried their other array of foods but will try it another time. Overall, the buns are soft, the filling is substantial and is a delightful treat to satisfy that bun craving.
