If you ever go to Kek Lok Si, very high chance that you will definitely see this restaurant called Farm House Cafe. Formerly residence house, they have now converted 2 units of house side by side to a very nice restaurant. I kinda like the deco and feel of it.
Go inside, most of the tables are located inside one of the house unit. It is fairly spacious and if you go in bigger group, you can just combine the table yourself. We ordered quite a lot of different type of food from the menu and safe to say they all taste pretty good! I ordered the green curry rice set and it comes with while chicken leg (thigh and drumstick) so I feel it is quite worth it. My family members ordered other food and they all said it taste good as well. The tomyam soup can be very spicy but they do ask you first how you want it to be and my kids love it. 😉 The rib is nice as well although I wish it has a bit more of that burnt smell.
Parking can be challenging as there are limited parking spots nearby at roadside but so far I observe it should be easy to get parking spots by the roadside.
Will definitely consider coming back again. Price is a bit on the high side but they do give a big portion too so I feel it is justified.
P/S: if you read the older reviews, some customers mentioned about long waiting time or bad service. Save to say that we never really waited long for our food. The time it took to serve our food is very reasonable and the service is very good too. They even ask if our food is good.

A very old and established coffee shop. I was craving for hokkien lor mee and not many coffee shops have such stall. So I was kinda happy when I just happen to pass by this place and saw there is a hokkien mee + lor mee stall. So I went ahead and ordered it. Also top up extra sio bak (roast pork) and total came to about RM10 for that one bowl of hokkien lor mee. Not exactly the best one that I have tastes as I feel the soup is a bit diluted and not that flavorful enough but still happy as manage to solve my craving at that time.
There are many more different hawker food available at this coffee shop and they all look nice so definitely can visit and try. Parking can be a bit challenging as there are limited road side public parking space.

Well I must admit somehow after countless times visiting Elit Heights somehow I never bother to check out this place until a colleague recommends this place to me. And I am glad I decided to give it a try.
I ordered the Classic Mutton Masala Biryani and it is definitely delicious and at the same time I think it is very spicy too (I love spicy food in general). The mutton was also very nicely cooked and it is so tender and especially if you get the part with some fats you can feel as if it kinda melts in your mouth as you chew. For drinks I tried the Chai Masala tea. It was good but I have had better one at Halab. But around Bayan Lepas area, if you have a craving for Chai Masala tea then this is the place.
Will definitely go back again to try the other menu item. Nice ambience and service is good too. No complaints. 😉

I had the opportunity to visit this place last week and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well maintained place and the trail overall is not really that hard if you are someone who regularly hikes then it should be okay. Pretty long trail though and if I recall correctly it is around 5.6 miles or so for a return trip. Took my group around 3 hours total. And you can easily up the difficulty by running if you think normal walking is not hard for you. Overall I think this place is good for all people if you are someone into hiking trail + nature. I'd definitely love to come back again!
I was recommended to this shop by my friend. I find the service extremely good. The people here especially the guy who served me, Wen was very polite and courteous. I sent my car for a simple spray for internal pillars and they seem to work very fast also. So it is quite efficient as I can see 4 people working to quickly fix my car. Another car doing headlamp tint also 2 ppl working on it, one side each. So this shop has a lot of workers.
Now the negative side is, sometimes can really get a lot of cars also especially on weekends so if really a lot of cars, you still need to wait la. But then again, if a shop providing good quality service, other customers also sure want to visit right? 😊
