Managed to try this finally!! It's one of those dishes unique to Penang which I considered is part of Penang Food Heritage. Was recommended by a local to try the egg version. Indeed it was good!! Very fragrant and soft in the center while crispy at the edges. Must try if you are in the area!!

Simple comfort food for a quick meal. Surprisingly the egg yolk was still runny despite its look. Limited seating space with poor ventilation. No complaint for a quick meal though.
