Ordered food at 7pm, est delivery time was 8.30pm-8.50pm. Waited until 9.15pm and called. Was told our order had been delivered. Driver spoke to us to confirm a middle aged man accepted the order .. that wasn't us. We argued that we'd not received the order and asked the driver to describe our house .. obviously delivered to the wrong house! Told they'd send a new order. Still nothing by 10.10pm. Phoned again to be told they'd only deliver if we ordered again. Absolutely outrageous .. took our money and didn't deliver. Awful service .. never again! I'd suggest steering clear of this place.
