They work like tourists scammers. We were fined for not validating our tickets when it was obvious that we didnt do it because we did not know that it was required.
The sell you the ticket with a smile withouts telling you anything about it and then the ticket inspector takes care of the rest fining you with 53€ / person.
We left the country with -106€ and two useless not validated tickets.
Be advised: look the for validation machines even if they are hidden somewhere.
