Rich, the construction lead, has consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and responsiveness. The home we purchased was originally custom-built for a prior owner, thus we were not involved in its construction process. But having resided here for nearly a year, we are thoroughly satisfied with the home's construction quality. Like any new construction, we did encounter a few repairs, but Rich and his team diligently handled each service request without hesitation. At closing, Anchor Homes agreed to transfer the warranty of the house to us from the previous owner, reflecting their confidence in their work integrity. Consequently, all the repairs have been covered under the warranty, which hasn't cost us anything. Despite overseeing a significant workload of 20+ projects, Rich consistently impresses me with his swift response times to our inquiries. Our heartfelt appreciation extends to Rich, Mike, Danny, and the entire Anchor Homes team for their dedication to pursuing building quality and superior customer satisfaction.
