Worst customer service! There's a new guy who does the milk for coffees and he does not know the difference between latte, cappuccino and flat white - all three has the same amount of froth. Depending on his mood, he pours way too much milk making my (regular size) coffee really weak or pours very little milk making my coffee really strong. He's extremely rude about it too. He has no sense of customer service and swears in front of customers when something goes wrong. You may order a flat white but you never know what you actually get - could be a cappuccino with just no chocolate dust.
