I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this VR studio, encountering numerous issues in communication.
As a first-time participant, I asked several questions in the comment field, all of which were completely ignored. Moreover, there was no clear indication of any time limitations during the booking process. The voucher stated it could be used without any time restrictions, and the schedule had plenty of available time slots.
When unexpected circumstances arose, preventing me from attending, I sent a polite email requesting a reschedule as quickly as possible. However, I received a pushy phone call, threatening to cancel my booking without prior mention of a 48-hour cancellation policy in case I wouldn't come.
Despite searching extensively, I could not find any mention of the 48-hour rule in the booking or Q&A sections, nor in the provided PDF document containing the rules, terms, and conditions of the online store and online bookings.
Furthermore, the sudden switch to Russian during our conversation was highly unprofessional, especially considering that I had been communicating exclusively in English.
Overall, this VR studio demonstrated a careless and unprofessional attitude, taking money without fulfilling the promised service. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious of their exploitative practices and lack of transparency.
