Staff are not always very helpful.
I was looking for a lip gloss, which is a Sephora brand, but when I asked about it I was simply told they no longer make that colour. No help was offered to find a similar colour from the Sephora brand or any of the brand.
I find at Sephora they either don't help you, or hound you to try and buy something.
