Bought 10 lightbulbs. The light bulbs are lower CRI which means they don’t reproduce colors as well as an incandescent. I was new to this and thought 80 CRI would get the job done. It was very poor light as it was dimmed. As a result, I attempted to return and spent twice as much on higher CRI bulbs with another company and am satisfied.
When emailed to return, Lightology sent back a form email stating it will be 2 days to respond to my return request. 12 days later they respond and tell me no returns. Poor customer service and poor product . It’s inexplicable why you can’t return to lightbulbs, at this cost, in such a quick turn time.
