The store “manager” Josiah is not only the nastiest, most illiterate employee.. but he doesn’t even have the basic customer relations and communication skills necessary. No wonder the rest of the staff are just as rude and inattentive. Never get the order correct - although it’s written out. I ordered a $12 Frappuccino w/ add ons via DoorDash ($18) in which they gave me a plain iced coffee. Didn’t even check to confirm the order (what’s the point of the order sticker on the cup) - one check and it Wld be obvious. Of course I was fully refunded by DoorDash, that’s a given. I called and later came in.. other than him being out of the store for 30 mins… he didn’t even read the order until prompted… then tells me to call DoorDash for refund… as though it’s their problem. Zero accountability, no consideration of my loss of time, not getting my order as I payed for due to their incompetence and negligence. A) I recommend you certainly do not order from here. B) if you want good pleasant service with your order fulfilled correctly - do not go to this location until they rearrange and put in friendly and properly trained staff who care about people (paying customers) getting their orders and leaving satisfied. Because our friend Josiah seems to think that he is owed this position - which is not based on competence or performance (as he relayed to me).
