I went to this branch to cash a chase bank check and the lady makes me wait for over ten minutes and came back to tell me I can’t cash it because I need the second person to sign also I totally understand but why wouldn’t she told me that right away? It’s just pure bad customer service. Am glad I don’t have an account with them.

First time trying Cheesecake Factory. We were shopping around and decided to try something new so we stopped by to get lunch. Food came out good but there was a hair inside the food we showed our server and he told us he will send a manager to the table and we didn’t want any of that so we said no and he offered us a to go box which was a little awkward but to be nice we said okay and we trashed the box. I don’t know why he thought we will eat it cos he can see I only took two bites. Anyway it was a very interesting first time experience. We didn’t had any expectations but not this kind tho.

I was in this store for a good amount of time and no one bothered to greet me I finally asked for a help and one of the lady ask the other one to help me. She makes it clear that she doesn't want me in that store. She was forcing herself to answer my questions. I have had bad customer service experience before but this one is more like a hate. One of the most disturbing experience I had. I also feel sorry for her to have this much hate for someone she never seen before.
