Visited today to buy some clothes, post billing they mentioned they need 20rps in cash for carry bag, i had 100 since they didn't have change they didn't give me bag and handed me piles of clothes in my hands. Lack of understanding of customer needs is just pathetic. It's also weird how they only accept cash for carry bag if that's the case they should make a formal notice so customer are well aware of it prior, they wouldn't be stranded with items with nothing to carry.
