Donald Palmer

I have known Emily Scheer since she was a student in my psychology courses at Montgomery College some fifteen years ago. Since then, I have followed her academic and professional career closely and with great interest and have gotten to know her very well in that time. Emily is a wonderful person! She is bright, has a broad knowledge of her field, and is a person of impeccable integrity. She is kind and warm, and is a genuinely caring and compassionate person.
