I came in this pharmacy last night looking for an emergency item for my wife for severe pain. After around 30 seconds of assisting me and looking for the item that the pharmacist said is available, another customer came. He immediately talked to the customer and he asked me to “wait for a minute” until he finish assisting the customer that just arrived later than me and I was left hanging without the item and asking myself what the hell just happened. PLEASE send your staff for retraining. Perhaps they dont know the word queue and first come first serve basis. this is pharmacy not triage. and even if its triage, this pharmacist just failed. So I just simply left and find another pharmacy because I have good anger management and calm enough not to make a scene. Thank you
