While the overall experience of my mother and me in dealing with Fidelity has been pretty awful to say the least, I did want to compliment one employee, Mr. Nayo Ayegbajeje, who tried very hard to make up for the poor service and knowledge of his colleagues at both local offices and the Transition Team. The Bethesda office did not return my messages nor was there an email address. Going in person is slightly better but even the local staff had limited leverage in being able to deal with the overall company. I would normally give one star or none but have elevated to 2 stars due to one responsive employee, who should be an example for his other colleagues who have much to learn.
