Las Asadas is not just a good local spot to try; it is an indulgence of delicious, savory meats and cuisine. Bring your friends, your family visiting from out of town, or pick it up for lunch during a tough work week. You will not be disappointed. I can’t stress enough how much these two men care about their business, and it shows in their relationship to the food. The only complaint I can make is that they close at 6, but I know these hardworking gentlemen need to rest to maintain such a high quality of service.
