Norma is a very knowledgeable massage therapist, possessing a thorough, seemingly effortless understanding of the physical human body, combined with a plethora of techniques she applies, as her gift of seeing exactly what we need and how to give it. She always has great advice both for what you can do to continue and heal yourself after each session as well as the insight into the minds’ effects on our body explaining what may have contributed to your pain. She is also a warm and delightful conversationalist that will insist not to talk in order to maximize the effect of her massage. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
