Lived here for 13+ months, used to be a wonderful environment with a five-start staff and resident-first mentality. Recently introduced policy changes with the excuse of "high capacity" have proven that this is no longer a resident-first property. A property as beautiful [and expensive] as this one should really look into their policies and make sure that it reflects a culture that is there to serve and help it's residents; it's a real shame. Just because you're near capacity isn't good reason to change resident facing policies. Also, emergency answering service did practically nothing I called about our rooftop pool flooding into the garage and storage units, trash was left outside my unit upon move in, and there's water damage on my closet wall. I still live here, so I will update my review when resident-facing policies improve.
