Sent me to a phone repair shop to get my brand new iPhone 16 pro ‘fixed’
When I went to O2 shop at Junction 1 in Antrim the young fella could not have been more obliging and fixed it within five minutes.
Really disgusted with these two clowns in Abbeycentre 02. Diabolical service and blatant lies being used to avoid few minutes work.
