I had the most delightful experience at a South Indian hotel! The food was absolutely scrumptious, with a wide variety of dishes bursting with authentic flavors. The dosas were perfectly crispy and accompanied by a delicious array of chutneys and sambar. The vadas were heavenly, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The idlis were fluffy and paired perfectly with coconut chutney. The rasam had just the right balance of tanginess and spice. The filter coffee was a perfect ending to the meal, rich and aromatic. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff and a warm ambiance. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable South Indian culinary experience!
