I am a loyal costumer here, I come with with friends everytime. However the last two experiences have been terrible and make me not want to come back. Today I had a male massage me, I requested for a deep tissue massage multiple times but ended up not getting that. The male was very nice but seemed very inexperienced. He was breathing extremely loud, massage felt like he was literally doing nothing, then he burnt my skin with the hot stones by an accident, and after about 15minutes, I asked to turn my hour massage into a 30min massage because it was that bad. I left the room with a headache and not feeling any better then when I walked in. As I paid for my massage the kind lady at the desk said sorry, but still charged me $30 for absolutely bad service. I hope it was just a bad Friday.
