Easily the WORST massage experience I’ve ever had. To begin with, the masseuse seemed to be in a rush from the start. When I tried explaining to her the neck area of tightness and discomfort I was feeling, it was clear she didn’t care and responded “okay, okay” in a hasty fashion. It was no surprise to me that she barely massaged my neck and simply passed her hands through it for an extremely brief moment.
Further, in the middle of the massage, she disappeared for about 5 minutes to get hot towels as there were none ready in the room. As for the massage, it was really lopsided with no clear structure. She would massage one leg for much longer than the other and same with my arms. She didn’t even massage my hands! Literally, not even a quick run through with her hands. That was definitely a first for me in any massage I’ve ever had.
I also had mentioned at the start of the massage that I wanted deep tissue and to apply strong pressure. Again, all I got was an “okay, okay” and she ultimately didn't apply strong pressure not even once, despite me telling her to please go harder. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but the point is I didn’t get what I had paid for.
The worst part was that she finished the massage almost 10 minutes before the start of the 60 minutes. I know this because I looked at the time just before she started and right when she ended. Add to that the 5 minutes she had left the room, I ultimately got about 45 minutes of a mediocre (at best) massage. When I tried explaining the situation to the receptionist, she appeared to not understand. This experience was such a disappointment and I honestly left still feeling achy and tight. Such a waste of money and time! I recommend that NO ONE go here, and I certainly will never set foot in this establishment again.
