Won't be different than some other reviews here about dealing with this company, but this was my most challenging experience in real estate in Dubai. I dealt with this company leasing an apartment in Damac Hills. Despite adhering to the lease terms and returning the apartment in good condition and on time, there were ongoing disputes regarding the security deposit. The company cited normal wear and tear, which are typically expected in any tenancy, yet they seemed intent on pushing these as reasons to deduct from the deposit, including charges for deep cleaning!!. Additionally, during my stay, there was a significant delay in addressing essential maintenance, such as fixing the air conditioning, which took over more than five days to resolve during the peak of summer.

Having lived in Dubai for over 11 years and moved multiple times, this experience stands out as the most challenging. I recommend that anyone considering dealing with this company thoroughly reviews other customer experiences and understands their rights before proceeding
