Went here twice this year. Once in early May. It was sunny but kind of cool and lightly drizzling. Was looking for plants deer wouldn’t eat. Cashier handed me a sheet of paper with a list of plants, kind of annoyed, and pointed in the direction where some might be and said it’s cold and raining, and she wasn’t going out there to show me. No prob.
Was in the area so I stopped in again. Took a few plants to the counter. Same woman. No hello or anything and I wasn’t about to acknowledge her either. Not a word was spoken during the transaction.
A little customer service goes a long way. No more Rosby’s for me.
