I love this class. Ruki introduced this aerial yoga class to me and my friends in 2018. We attended almost every class until Covid hit. Fabulous class to experience more stretches. It’s not as difficult as it looks. Even on your first class you will be able to do simple inversion. Hopefully she will be introducing a kids class as well.
