literally one of the best experiences of my life. i can not wait to visit the retreat again. both terrence and arisa were beyond lovely. immediately i felt comfortable, they were so welcoming and genuine. the food and teas that arisa made was insane. she really is a great chef. i took more out of the experience than i hoped for and i am so grateful. arisa also squeezed me in last minute - literally 2 days notice - and i am so very grateful for that too. i needed the retreat and it served me exactly how i needed it to and more. thank you both again for the amazing experience and everything you taught me.
