My family and I had a fantastic experience with Built Right Pools. Shane was incredibly honest, effective throughout the entire process. His team and himself showed up everyday, which really impressed us - they were punctual, professional and were committed to getting the job done right. We had asked quotes from different pool companies, Shane was the one who was very honest with sharing us the what was suitable and what wasn’t. We asked Shane a lot of questions, and he was always happy to share his thoughts about certain designs. He made sure we were happy with our choices, he was very patient with us.

There were instances where there was few hiccups during the pool build. Such as requiring an extra retaining wall work done due to our backyard size! Shane advised that we will need to get these extra work done around the pool eventually, otherwise the surroundings of the pool will cause issues in the long run. Thank you Shane for being such an honest man - this is very rare to find especially in the pool build industry.

He really put a lot of effort and thought into the decision making process. The quality of their work is top-notch and we couldn’t be anymore happier with the results. Shane communicated and kept us in the loop everyday until the pool work was done! (He sent us photos & video updates). From start to finish, they were not only effective and professional but Shane himself is also incredibly honest with his approach. His honesty gave us confidence throughout the project. The commitment to being on site everyday showed the dedication to getting the job done right.
