What a fantastic library! I visited with my kids for the first time due to exploring all of the library summer schedules looking for easy entertainment for the kiddos. This library is small and specifically only for children. But how perfect for mom like me! This coming fall my two kids will both be in school, but we’ve got a third on the way and I know that I’ll be bringing him here to explore all of the toys and find new books to take home!
Cute little park! They share a parking lot with the aquatic center next-door. For adults they appear to have some outdoor exercise equipment and some really nice walking trails. There are also some picnic tables including one that has a permanent checkers or chess board on top of it. Just bring your own pieces!
The kids playground is only partially shaded in the mornings. But that’s certainly better than nothing! There’s a cool spiderweb type thing for climbing and about four different slides of completely different sizes. So hopefully all age ranges will feel comfortable and have fun! The only swings they have are a bucket swing and then one of those oversized car seat type swings. So older kids don’t have any at this location.

Nice little park that gets the job done when the little ones need to burn off steam. We mostly played on the swings, but there’s a great little jungle gym, too. And plenty of space to run around. We say a few people come through walking their dogs. Good community park!
This was the perfect place for a family outing on a warm day in June! Because we had two small children who probably couldn’t make the hike, we opted for the sky lift. I will warn you that the seats have large gaps between the bottom and the back and the railing is pretty small. So you might want to look at pictures before you decide whether your child is old enough to do this!
The write up was beautiful! It provided a little shade and a nice breeze! Not to mention a gorgeous view! If you’re scared of heights, this might not be your thing! But I thought it was great fun!
At the top, we enjoyed walking across the natural Bridge all the way to the little gazebo. We took plenty of pictures and then continued to explore. We also enjoyed walking the opposite direction and getting to see the natural Bridge from a far!
Hubby and I love a nice challenging hike, which I’ve heard this is. Hopefully, we can return at some point without the kids and give it a go!

We came here recently for a three year old's birthday party. We weren't quite sure where to enter at first because this community center is shared with the police station....I thought this was kinda bizarre because it's something I've never encountered before. lol. But somehow after a little wandering, we found our group on the second floor in a decent sized room. There was space for three extra long tables for seating, one long table of food, a craft table, dessert table, a pin-the-nose-on-the-donkey style game and gift table. Our host welcomed us to stay during her two hour time slot. An everyone helped to stay and clean up, so we were all cleared out by 30 minutes after the party was over. I will note that this room not only had a large storage closet, but also a full kitchen that was off to the side and could be closed off.
Through our entire visit, I don't think I saw anyone from the venue at all. Infact, this place was a no-man's land aside from us.
I did appreciate that there was a small lounge area out on the second floor that was the perfect place to slip away when it came time to nurse my baby. Again, no one else was around to be bothered by us.
