If I could give them -5 stars I would, simply on the negative experience from the owners. They were rude and aggressive towards me when my 8 year old accidentally spilt a drink in the hall. I cleaned it up the best I could but the woman started shouting at me that they have called security and I have to pay a cleaning fee. When I tried talking with her husband she kept shouting angrily at me, I asked that he ask her to stop as it was upsetting me (I actually had a lot of personal stuff going on and didn't need this). He wouldn't listen, as he was upset that my friend I was with had asked for an extra coffee voucher (?!) and said we have to leave, even though we had paid for 2 hours and only been there for 30 mins. He then lied to the security, saying that we had removed the children, thus forfeiting their play time, but they in fact let the children out of the gates. The spilt drink actually occurred AFTER they did not restrict the kids from leaving the gated area, like they assured us they would, and the kids came to us in the hallway while drinking our coffee. I would not feel safe leaving my children in their care, as kids should not be let out unsupervised.
There was no need to carry on in such an angry and aggressive manner in which they did, accidents happen. This was done in front of my children and other people's children and their parents. It was very unnecessary and disgusting behaviour. They refused to provide a refund and only after wasting 30 mins with Cente Management did they agree to let the kids have the final hour of play, so we did not get what we paid for.
All of this on my sons birthday!
They should be ashamed of themselves.
