Yesterday I visited this store in York while on sightseeing tour of the city. I was helped by a young man named Samrat and his older colleague. The gifts I bought were packed in two bags. Total price was 120.95.
Unfortunately when I unpacked the bags at home I found that two hoodies for toddlers are missing. Sizes were 3-4 and 5-6. Store is closed and there is no way I can travel back all the way to York to confront the salesmen. Calls are not answered and Email are not replied.
The hoodies were 19.99 each. I am not sure if it is an honest mistake or is done intentionally. Be careful when shopping at this store.
