I only called twice with a geniune inquiry for a new LPG connection, the reason for a second call was incomplete information on first and at the end of the call i overheard a person uttering to co-worker 'Jeev Khavpa phone Karta'. With such rudely behaviour you should be well gauged to understand the level of customer service.
