I have lived at RIO since October 2020 and I moved in with a 2 month old baby. When I tell you they leasing office made everything so easy… living here has been the most stress free building I’ve ever lived in. I came from the Arlington area to here and it’s great living in the area by the lake but it’s also just as great having such a kind staff. From the maintenance man Chavez who fixes everything within a day or two to the leasing manager Michael, who really sold living here to me (not to mention came to the building on thanksgiving to correct an issue we were having with the door due to updates), to the housekeeping of the building. Imagine living somewhere everyone is friendly, being in the perfect area and having a beautiful view everyday. I don’t have to imagine it because I live that everyday. Even the front desk in the leasing office, Terrance is so friendly and helpful. I’ll be so sad when I’m put on orders and have to leave because I don’t think I’ll ever find somewhere as amazing as This place!
