What’s unique about this gym is the variety of courses available; Brazilian jujitsu gi and no gi, boxing, kickboxing, fitness classes, and weightlifting. Bowerhouse is also very inviting for all age groups ranging from 5-6 year olds all the way to 70+. There is also a healthy male to female ratio allowing for female only bjj classes. Another benefit is that special guest seminars are free for all members. Along with some of the best professors/coaches in the nation, this is the only gym I would want to train at.
