Could be better. Some of the staff are really unkind. Reading the reviews makes me question, why are most of the 5 star reviews white?
Anyways, I believe this Library has potential but, not with some of the staff. When it comes to working at a library you have to be kind and have patience with people, especially kids. I understand it can get hectic and noisy and some caretakers take advantage of that, but you can’t lose patience. Just today, one of the staff was talking mean to one of the kids. It just doesn’t look great for this place.
I’ll just keep going to the one at 53rd street!
