Ladies at the front are super friendly! Many of the staff always ask if you need assistance finding anything.
The Assistant Manager, Scott, could use a bit of customer service training. Doesn’t greet visitors with any sort of a positive attitude and can be quite standoffish. Not overly friendly and quite blunt. If he’s the face and representative of the Habitat Restore, he should have a more pleasant demeanor. Can’t hurt to address customers with a smile and talk in a less combative way. Makes me less likely to visit on days that he is present.
Overall, if you like hunting for bargains - this is a good place. Just don’t expect management to make your visit very warm and inviting.
