I bought a gift scarf from outlet because they don’t have the box for the scarf and they don’t do it as a gift they but it in shoes box I asked if i can go to any Burberry shop to do it they told me u can so I went to Dusseldorf Burberry and i asked them to change for me the box and do it as a gift they told we cannot in outlet u bought it for cheaper price we can’t change for u the box i even told i will pay for the box no problem but change it plz it’s not nice to give a gift in shoes box I spoke with people who works there and also the manager they let me feel that I really bought from a poor brand
The good brand will stay good in the shop or outlet but if the people who works in Burberry Dusseldorf are not sure about the quality of their brand they feel when it be sell in outlet cheaper it’s not having good quality
