Overall, this is a nice part of the entire museum complex. It was my first visit and my immediate impression is that it was a transportation museum, not exactly a history museum. It wasn’t what I was expecting. For old car and motorcycle enthusiasts, you’ll love it. I was more looking for city, state or American history, and there was absolutely some of that, great exhibits too, but it’s not the focus.
That said, the museum is well laid out, very clean, accessible restrooms and elevators. It’s pointedly welcoming of LGBTQ and diverse communities. I found the security/staff to be friendly.
This establishment is appropriate for people of all ages. Can accommodate mobility needs in terms of space and seating peppered around.
The cost is a bargain in my opinion. This is my first experience with a collection of museums all in a cluster with common parking. You simply walk from one to another at your leisure. If you spend time within a drivable distance, I would recommend a membership because chances are you’ll want to return.

Happened to go for a walk here during a recent visit. It’s beautiful! I also went on the first sunny week, first week of spring. It was glorious in terms of having a place to walk on the sun. I noted that it was build to accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Looked to be family friendly. Not sure if this is overall a great part of the city. I wouldn’t walk here at night as a tourist. But in the daytime, it was great. My guess is there are events here over the summer, telling by the stadium seating. Nice place for picnics too.
This a very fun local attraction! Small kid friendly. Not too gory. Actors keep a distance. Half of it is outside in a kind of corn maze. The tunnel itself is very well done, in a room by room fashion. I had a really great time here and it was my second visit. And for $10 a person, this is family friendly.

These outlets are currently under construction, which seems needed as some buildings look pretty old. That said, it’s a good size because there are two levels of stores. Most of the typical name brands are here.
I’m not sure just how many “bargains” you’ll find since it’s all premium items, but at least it’s not at an offense full price. I can’t really say if this is a family friendly place in terms of being easily accessible for kids in strollers or for elders. There are stairs. The escalators were closed down for repair on one side. I didn’t see an awful lot of handicap parking. It’s a bit hard to maneuver around the parking lot because it gets so packed.
Overall, if you have something in mind to buy, you will likely find it here. It was easy to find off the highway! I’m glad I stopped.

We’ve been here as a family twice now. It’s a free museum with beautiful and thoughtful exhibits. It’s huge inside. Took us a few hours to go all around. And many displays were new few our last visit. They also have clean bathrooms and easily accessible throughout.
