We scheduled a consultation for a residential landscaping project with a Watkins landscape designer (Jerry). We took time off from work for this appointment. Jerry did not show up, and he did not call or email with an explanation. We emailed to reschedule but he never responded. This was our first interaction with Watkins. The lack of concern and common courtesy created a very negative impression of Watkins as an organization.
