A classic global citizen must see!
I was skeptical for Westminster Abbey being over rated but was proven wrong.
A must see for anyone 16+ to truly appreciate a magnificent piece of history, architecture, spiritual energy. I have never seen such grand burials. One can spend hours here but 1.5hr will do if you can make it.
Not everyday you get to sit down next to Shakespeare’s or Rudyard Kipling’s graves
Some tips:
1. Reserve online via their direct website (will call line will be faster)
2. Make sure to use and follow their free audio tour
3. Poets Corner is a must
4. Morning or late afternoon visits for the best light
5. 1.5-2hrs for a visit
6. Visit all the rooms and the gardens
7. Plan ahead: last entry is 3:30pm
