A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.
